Responsive Support for Complex Procurement Needs
Buckeye Veteran Parts LLC supports buyers and partners who need reliable sourcing, practical coordination, and clear communication throughout the procurement process. Our goal is to make ordering, documentation, and delivery simpler and more predictable.
Government Parts Supply
We support DLA and other DoD buyers with sourcing and delivery of small-quantity and niche parts. Typical commodities include fittings, springs, seals, retainers, clamps, hose and cable assemblies, and other “C-class” components.
- NSN and part-number sourcing for DLA and other DoD customers.
- Small-lot awards and one-off or urgent requirements.
- Mix of new OEM/distributor stock and surplus where allowed by the contract.
- Honest lead-time and availability guidance.
Documentation & Traceability
Every contract has its own documentation requirements. We tailor what we provide to the contract language and what is realistically available from the supply chain.
- For OEM or distributor stock, we obtain and retain invoices, packing slips, and certificates of conformance when provided.
- For surplus or excess inventory, we follow the applicable DLAD notes when included and provide the best available supporting documentation.
- We provide clear, contract-specific documentation for every order so customers know exactly what will accompany their parts.
- Records are retained for the periods required by contract and are available to authorized government representatives upon request.
Packaging, Labeling & Shipping
Government packaging and labeling can be complex. We manage that complexity so parts arrive ready for inspection and acceptance.
- Coordination with a dedicated military-packaging partner that works daily with major OEMs and defense customers.
- Packaging aligned with typical DLA requirements when specified.
- Use of Government shipping systems when required, or commercial carriers when appropriate.
- Clear labels with contract numbers, NSNs, CAGE codes, and barcodes when required.
